Neon Instruction
There are several neon 'schools' in the US.
Most of them teach the basics of neon glassbending,
and are 6 week+ courses.
However, if you are in the Southeast Wisconsin area,
Bill has 'Neon Sampler' seminars, which are 12 hour
hands-on informational sessions, that will give you
enough information to decide if you want to attend
a full blown neon school elsewhere.

We don't have a comprehensive list of existing neon schools in the US
because many of them come and go. However, the best way to find
out if there is one in your area, is to do a search on any search engine,
using 'neon school' as the search phrase.
I don't personally endorse any of these schools,
but my suggestion to you is that you investigate them as
thoroughly as possible. I also suggest that you contact former
students of any school you are considering attending.
Any reputable school should provide you with a list.
