Neon Tubes:
All neon tubes tubes are warranteed against burnout for
a period of 5 (five) years from date of purchase.
(excludes breakage).
Power Supplies and Transformers:
Transformers and power supplies are warranteed for
a period of 1 (one) year from date of purchase.
If you believe your neon tube, transformer, or power supply
has failed, and is covered by warranty:

Unless indicated otherwise,
YOU are responsible for returning the item to us.
WE are responsible for returning it to you.
NOTE: Because of the unique nature of the items we create
and sell, unless we indicate otherwise IN WRITING,
we offer NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
We do offer full credit towards the purchase of
another item, less shipping, with some exceptions;
